Lewis Thiong'o founded NilisheGrub with one goal: stop good food from going to waste in Kenya. He saw restaurants throwing away perfectly edible meals while communities nearby struggled to afford quality food — and built NilisheGrub to bridge that gap. Under his leadership, the platform connects restaurants, riders, and customers into one ecosystem where rescued food is delivered fast, businesses earn more, and waste is reduced with every order.
