After placing your order, go to "My Orders" in the app. You'll see a live map showing your rider's location. You'll also receive push notifications at every stage — restaurant confirmed, rider picked up, arriving soon.
You can cancel an order within 2 minutes of placing it by going to "My Orders" → tap your order → "Cancel Order". Once the restaurant has started preparing your food, cancellations may not be possible.
We accept M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa), Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards, and cash on delivery. All digital payments are encrypted and secure.
Go to "My Orders", select the relevant order and tap "Report an issue". Choose "Missing item" and describe what was missing. Our support team will review and process a refund or credit within 24 hours.
Visit our Restaurant Partners page and fill in the sign-up form. Our onboarding team will contact you within 48 hours. You could be live on the platform within a week.
Visit our Become a Rider page and complete the application. You'll need a valid ID, motorcycle licence and a smartphone. Our team will reach out to complete onboarding.
Delivery fees vary based on your distance from the restaurant, typically between KES 50 and KES 200. The exact fee is shown clearly before you confirm your order. We also run regular promotions with free delivery.
