Our onboarding team will contact you the same business day to verify your details, help you set up your menu, and ensure your listing looks great before going live. If you have professional food photos ready, the process is even faster.

There are no upfront listing fees to join the platform. NilisheGrub operates on a commission-based model — we take a small percentage of each completed order. The exact rate is discussed transparently during onboarding and varies based on your city, order volume, and selected plan tier. All fees are itemised clearly in your weekly payout report.

No — delivery is fully managed by NilisheGrub. Our trained and vetted rider fleet operates across all our service zones. Once an order is confirmed and your kitchen marks it ready, a nearby rider is dispatched automatically to collect and deliver. You can track every delivery in real time on your dashboard. If you already have your own riders and prefer a hybrid model, speak to your account manager about our Bring Your Own Fleet (BYOF) option.
